The Ubiquity

Melissa Canales
Hi there! My name is Melissa and I am the News editor on the Ubiquity. Of course, being in the school newspaper, I have a deep passion for reading and writing. Besides that, though, I live for early mornings, contemporary fashion, and 50s music, and run on lots of hugs, irregular amounts of sleep, and unholy intakes of coffee.  Thus far, journalism has been influential in shaping and refining my writing style, and I hope this year will help me cultivate a deeper appreciation for the modern world of news and media. My favorite article on the Ubiquity is Journalism’s Infinity War by Casey Swafford.
