Hi Royals!  My name is Emerson, and I am a Junior here at QHHS. This is my second semester of Honors Journalism. I’m on the girls’ basketball team and participate in as many after-school activities as I can.  I had a very rough start to this class; it was hard to adjust to because I never thought I was good at writing. Joining Journalism changed that for me. With all the assistance from editors and Ms. Martinez, I can now write without worry.
