It was reported that Ken had been in a snowmobile mishap close to his Woodland, Utah, ranch. According to the Wasatch County Sheriff’s Office, Block was riding in the Mill Hollow region when his snowmobile overturned on a sharp incline and fell on top of him.

But he will leave a mark on rally racing with his aggressive driving style and superb car handling. Block rapidly established himself in the rally racing world when he started his professional racing career in 2005. He participated in several rally racing competitions all around the world, where he earned numerous podium finishes and championships. He participated in a number of rally series throughout his career, such as the World Rally Championship, Rally America, and Global RallyCross Championship.

Block was well-known for his popular Gymkhana videos that featured his driving prowess and his specially designed rally vehicles in addition to his success on the racetrack. The YouTube films, which have received hundreds of millions of views, helped popularize rally racing and established Block as a household figure among auto aficionados. His 2008-starting Gymkhana film series, which featured his Ford Fiestas and later Mustangs, has become legendary in the world of motorsports and has encouraged countless other drivers to give it a shot.

Beyond his accomplishments on the track, Block had a significant influence on rally racing. DC Shoes has disclosed that it would establish a scholarship in honor of Ken Block to assist budding rally drivers in his memory. Young drivers will receive financial support from the scholarship, ensuring Block’s legacy is carried on for a long time to come.
