I’m Emma Smith, a sophomore at Quartz Hill High School. This year, 2025, is my first year in Journalism. I’m excited to get better at writing and share my opinions. I’m in a couple of honors classes, and I was in CSF last year. This is also my second year as a part of this school’s Color Guard team. Outside of school, a few of my hobbies are dancing, sewing, and cooking. I took dance lessons for about 12 years and played soccer for 8 before switching to colorguard. I love listening to music, watching scary movies, and my dogs.
