Aaron Limb, Editor-in-Chief

A supernatural force from that Spider-Man door pulled me in again. Am I still excited? Of course.

Hello Royals, my name is Aaron Limb, and I will be serving as YOUR Editor-in-Chief for the 2025-2026 school year! This year, I plan to make great strides for the QHHS Ubiquity. Instead of quarterly newspaper productions, you’ll be getting SIX distributions. What does that mean for you? So much more thrilling content at your fingertips.

Anyway, back to me. Recently, I’ve been binging so much Kitchen Nightmares and Hotel Hell. The absolute chaos and Gordon Ramsay’s signature British accent keep me watching episode after episode. However, as an IB student, I sometimes have to really “lock in,” so I have a playlist filled with “The Poles” songs exclusively to help me concentrate.

Outside of school, I am a violin-wielding, sword-swinging, energy-filled person. My after-school hours are filled with rehearsals for orchestra and instructing youth in Taekwondo.

Yet, something else has been on my mind. The life ahead of me. I’ll officially be an adult in less than a year, which means building up a stable career, moving out, and making new relationships. That reality is haunting.

But I’m still in the present, and another year of production awaits.

Round 4, fight!

February 4, 2026 Update

For the last time, what’s poppin’, Royals?

Part of graduating feels bittersweet. I have grown accustomed to walking into those front gates of Quartz Hill High School 53-ish minutes before the bell to 1st period. And in a few short months, I’ll be all on my own, with my own schedule.

Sure, I’ll be in college continuing to study hard, making new relationships, and establishing an eventual career. But it will undoubtedly be different not being in the place where I spent my whole life living, breathing, and working until 4:00 AM just to get everything done.

Now that I’m here, I can say confidently that these past 3.5 years spent in the same room have been nothing short of spectacular. I never thought itty-bitty freshmen me would be leading a talented group of staff writers and editors. Yet, I have reached a point where I can confidently say I have mastered my interviewing skills; I can take some gnarly photos, and, most importantly, I have created a family of fellow people who can do the same.

Sentimental stuff aside, be on the lookout for coverage for the rest of this school year!

Thank you, Ubiquity.
