Gibran Elmoughrabi, Copy Editor
Hey guys, my name is Gibran. Said with a J, but hopefully, you know that, since I have been in journalism for 3 years!! I am once again one of your guys’ copy editors. I am excited to see what stories and news we will bring to you and how I will contribute to that.
A little bit about me, I am into academics, music, and improvement as a whole. In the future, I plan to be a scientist. I enjoy writing because it helps me organize my thoughts and understand myself more. I write about science and technology to bring to light the current research in the field.
Another thing about me that is unrelated to journalism is that I play guitar. Since the beginning of freshman year, I have been playing. It helps calm me down and gives me a creative outlet. I also represent our school in science olympiad and mathletes competitions, as it is a genuine interest of mine.
February 4, 2026 Update
Hi guys, just wanted to update you on my last semester of QHHS!! I have continued preparing for my scientific competitions and mathletes is going well this year. On another note, I have picked up poetry this year and have been writing my own in my free time. I am incredibly excited for senior events and to enjoy my last semester in high school. Hope you guys enjoy my articles this year, as they will be my last. On that note, see you guys on the following technological change.
