Ava Kotai, Copy Editor
Hi! My name is Ava Kotai, and I'm a senior at QHHS! This is my second year in journalism and my first year as an editor. I joined journalism because I love to write–especially writing about real-world current events and to be able to contribute to the school's newspaper. I'm so excited for my last year of high school and to go to college next year! I hope to get accepted into a few colleges this school year, get a car, and fulfill my best senior-year experience!
Regarding my interests, I love debating, listening to music, and watching TV and movies! My favorite music artists are Doja Cat and Childish Gambino. Last year, I went to a Doja Cat concert on my birthday and this year, I hope to go to the Childish Gambino concert! My favorite movies are 'Across the Spider-Verse' and 'Everything Everywhere All at Once,' and my favorite TV show is 'The Boys.' I also love going to Wingstop with my friends and drawing! I am so excited for my last year of high school to be great!
