The Mysterious Mr. Hall
At first glance, passing by Mr. Hall, as a typical Quartz Hill High School student, one would assume that he is a regular, chill teacher that has come in for work and does what he needs to do to leave at the end of the day, although truthfully so he is quite the opposite. Mr. Hall is a very dedicated professor that has been teaching at the Quartz Hill Television Academy for several years following his father, Dr. Hall’s legacy as a teacher in the film industry.
Growing up, Mr. Hall was a successful child actor until his teen years. Later on, he became a college dropout, living paycheck to paycheck, spending nights in his car, and working at Disneyland. According to him, there would be days when he would rely on plants from the theme park to have anything to eat. His first years were full of struggle, but his dedication and commitment led him to a much greater path as he picked himself back up again and became a millionaire by the time he hit his early twenties.
Currently, Mr. Hall lives happily with his wife and kids, owning several businesses and radio stations (which he often allows his advanced students to help). He often enjoys scuba diving, reading, and doing fun family activities in his free time. He is a very passionate teacher when speaking about periods and styles of film and how it has evolved over the years; his eclectic interests (and fashion sense!) set him apart from most people.
Interestingly, despite the academy he runs being all about television, most of his students go the medical route. Mr. Hall loves guiding his students to achieve their goals in areas inside and outside the school’s academy. He ensures that he impacts his students in ways where they can use his wisdom in all manners of life, whether it is for film or not.
As mentioned before, Mr. Hall may seem to be just another teacher at first glance. Make an effort to get to know him as a person, not a professor, and you’ll completely change your perspective and opinion of who he is, what he does, and the reasons he does what he does. We hope to see Mr. Hall in the years to come as he strives to influence the lives of his young students in the school’s Television Academy.
