Hi, my name is Alexis Menor. I’m a junior, but this is my first year in Journalism. I hope to learn numerous things about how to improve my writing skills and express my opinions through this medium. I’ve been playing volleyball for four years now and I’ve been competing on the school team for the past two years so far. One of my favorite pastimes is to read YA/fantasy books because it’s one of the only genres of books that are interesting to me. (However, I’m always open to other good suggestions). I am Filipino, so I love food, especially dishes from the Philippines. I have two crazy (annoying) sisters, one of them currently goes to our school and the other one is former alumni. Anyways, I can’t wait to see how this socially distanced school year goes!
