Andrew Alfaro, Multimedia Editor
Hello everyone, my name is Andrew Alfaro, and I am a Senior at QHHS. This is my second year in journalism, and I am the Multimedia Editor. I joined journalism in order to have a creative outlet and be able to express my thoughts to a wider audience. I’m interested in many subjects, such as horror films, and music artists like Crystal Castles, Snow Strippers, S4lem, and many others. I love video games such as Dead by Daylight and Black Ops 2. Some hobbies of mine include photography and working behind the scenes in films and mainly working with the camera and lighting. In the future, I hope to have a career in the film industry, directing major horror films and working with companies such as “A24” or “NEON”. I’m looking forward to working with the ubiquity staff and creating new memories and friendships, and projects I’m truly passionate about.
February 4, 2026 Update
Semester Two baby! I am so excited to graduate and to be a part of the class of 2026, it seemed so far away when I was a little freshman and I was 14. Now, in April, I’m turning 18, and it’s coming full circle. I’m thinking of throwing a big party for my 18th birthday, hiring a DJ to blast the music I love. Regardless, I’m excited to get old and go off to college. I’m thinking of going to CSUN or College of the Canyons for 2 years ! I’m currently making a short film with a few of my friends and I’m so excited for it to be done and be wrapped up to then be screened at the LPAC on the BLVD
