My name is Andrew Park, and I am a staff writer for the Ubiquity. My hobbies include cooking and playing tennis. As a staff writer, I learned the “do’s and don't’s” of writing for a newspaper. Being a newcomer as a sophomore, I did not feel any pressure to go for an editor position. I feel that I was not ready for such a position considering I lack the punctuality that is required of an editor; I am always late to class. Despite Journalism’s laid back agenda, it has helped me maintain my writing skills and even improved them in some aspects.
