Hi, my name is Karam Askar. I am a freshman at Quartz Hill. I like this school so far because I find all my teachers friendly. My favorite color is red, I like Marvel, and my favorite superhero is Spider-Man, yet I hate spiders because they look creepy.
I love basketball a lot; I sometimes watch previous NBA games if I don’t have anything to do. I’m not that bad at basketball. I’m pretty decent, but I still need lots of practice. Practice makes perfect.
I also love video games. I play them when I have no school, so weekends and breaks. I love video games because I get to talk to my friends from my old city since I moved about a year ago, so that is pretty neat, like playing Call Of Duty, SplitGate, any first-person shooter, and sometimes horror games like Resident Evil.
4.29.22 Update
Recently I've been busy with school and have a lot of work. School is almost over, and I’m pretty happy about that. I’ve also joined some sports like football recently, and I can't wait to start playing. I’m so glad that I will be a sophomore next year, and I cannot wait for all the fun things my second year will bring.
Some things I’ll be doing over the summer are: playing football, relaxing, and completing my required art credit during summer school to get that out of the way. Next week is the Spring dance, which will be fun since many people are attending. I can't wait to see the decorations and results of the dance. That is all I have been up to in these last few months; more adventures are coming soon.
